Any Other Business

1. As the follow-up for the HRO’s meeting on “National Health Volunteerism”held on March 25, 2009, Ada van Vliet, Nalaikh District Health Center, VSO Health Volunteer, distributed to the participants of the meeting the recently published VSO manual “Volunteer Handbook ”. At the meeting, Ada Van Vliet spoke about VSO-Mongolia activities on health volunteering with the presentation “Community Health Volunteering”.

1. D.Zorigtbaatar, Health Programs Officer, Peace Corps Mongolia, briefly discussed the book serials of 11 books “Skills for life” developed by Peace Corps Mongolia. To obtain the book serials, health related organizations can contact PC-Mongolia. The requirements are that an organization work with adolescents and train the trainers to distribute the knowledge and skills in “Skills for Life”.

1. The Chairperson thanked everyone for their participation in this meeting, particularly the speakers.
