The meeting was called to order at 6pm because Marty Watkinswas ill.

Homeowners Concerns: None in attendance.

Financials:

The financials for April were reviewed and accepted by the Board.

Audit not received by Board Members.

Minutes:The minutes for the April meeting were discussed.

Maintenance:

Corral’s -#1 & #2 complete, #4 was repaired but damaged again. Solar light in #5 needs new panel. #3 has new LED lights set on dusk/dawn setting.

Pat Heeney is working on pathway lights by corral #3.

Light pole #10 repaired. #16 not working.

Waiting for meeting with Con Ed on identifying meters. One meter has high bill, maybe lower pond pump ?

Water shut off valve location identification scheduled for June.

Broken Arm at back gate was repaired recently.

Carriage House gutter was repaired.

Sink hole by 3602 Manor repaired.

Sign post at Homestead not repaired. Discussion needed with McKennyconcering damage that occurred after snow plowing.

****Sunflower Ct needs parking spot. Discussed moving **** into Hillside lot.

Discussed parking spot maximum for homeowners. Amend rules to grandfather existing homeowners with extra spots. New owners would give up spot if used only for driveway conveniencewhen extra spots where needed.

Garbage letter sent to City.

Discussed parking expansion. Jerry O says City won’t let us grow. Need more parking on Manor Drive. Where should guests park with large party’s ? Shuttle from club house lot with MB permission.

**** Manor needs letter for parking in visitor spot.

3504 Manor has backyard divot. Add to maintenance list please.

****paperwork for patio was sent in. **** is claiming damage to privacy fence was from hurricane sandy. Board agreed was from illegal slab. Look at dates.

Proposal was before payment plan offer.

****shut off valve location identification cost was discussed. This was not in the last month’s minutes and will be discussed with **** to recover costs.

Missing NO PARKING sign on Manor drive should be reported as vandalism.

**** Dogwood- **** car was towed when it was piggybacked behind their assigned spots. Visitor parking was available across the street from them.

Landscaping:

McKenny Landscaping lost Master Board Contract. Manzers new Contractor.

Seeding along curbs complete.

Discussed looking at using a new landscaper.

Car parked on Manor Drive in NO OVERNIGHT ZONE believed to be visiting *** Underhill. Type ACURA plate # ********. Hillside needs to issue warning.

Lower pond PH levels have not been addressed yet ! Starting to smell again.

Need to order 10 new walkway light caps. Discussed switching to LED bulbs for walkway lights.

Discussed one year requirement for renting / must occupy as owner for one year.

**** Manor Drive send letter - Daughter speeding and ignoring stop signs.

Discussed labor for power washing and painting corrals, privacy fences, and railroad ties. Offer work and get estimate from **** for painting corals and privacy fences.

Discussed property taxes and look to adjust tax certiorari.
