The 2014 - 2015 school year colleges and universities in the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region Chinese government scholarship enrollment work is in full swing, this shall not go to the Mongolia country field enrollment, applicants to apply online and the related materials sent to apply for college, the relevant matters are as follows:

1. Applicants must be Mongolia citizen in good health;
2. Applicants are not enrolled in any other Chinese universities (stay graduate life must be more than one year);
3. Educational background and age limit:

-Applicants for master degree studies must have a bachelor’s degree, not more than 35 years of age;

-Applicants for doctoral degree studies must have a master’s degree, not more than 40 years of age;

Ⅲ. The content and standard of scholarship

1. Exempt from registration fee, tuition fee, experiment fee, fee for basic learning materials and provide free accommodation.
2. Monthly living allowance:

-Master degree students: CNY 1,700/per month

-Doctoral degree students: CNY 2,000/per month

1. New students will receive CNY 1,500 for one-off settlement subsidy at the time of enrollment.
2. Fee for outpatient medical service, Comprehensive Medical Insurance and Benefit Plan for International students in China

Note:

1. Cost of the laboratory experiment or internship that beyond the university arrangements should be afforded by the student himself.
2. Fee for basic learning materials covers the necessary learning materials provided by the host institution and other materials shall be self afforded.
3. Scholarship students shall receive their monthly living allowance from the date of registration. New students who register on or before 15th of the registration month will receive the full amount of the living allowance for the month and those who register after the 15th will get half amount. Monthly living allowance covers school holidays. Scholarship students who don’t get the monthly living allowance during holidays can get that amount upon return on campus. Monthly living allowance of the scholarship students will be suspended if students don’t register on time without permission from the university, or leave for non-health reasons, or are absent from the university for more than a month.

Students who have to suspend their studies because of serious illness or pregnancy will go back home country at their own expense. With the university’s approval, the scholarship status and the living allowances can be reserved for at most one year. The scholarship will be terminated for those who suspend their studies for any other reason.

1. Outpatient service medical treatment: students in the school hospital or the school designated hospital outpatient fee. According to the school regulation, students must pay a certain percentage of the cost after medical treatment.
2. The medical insurance for the foreign students who receive Chinese government scholarship is a comprehensive medical insurance provided by the Chinese Ministry of Education. The insurance is mainly used for students in hospital for a serious illness or injury. These claims will be handled in accordance with the Chinese government insurance policy.The insurance company does not accept individual claims disputes.
3. International traveling expenses: the students will cover their own international travel expenses

Ⅴ. Application Materials

The applicant must fill in and submit the following application materials (all two copies).

1. "China government scholarship application form". The applicant shall by CSC "foreign online registration system" online fill out and submit the electronic registration information, in the submission of information, automatic generation of printing system "Chinese government scholarship application form".
2. Notarized diplomas. If the applicant is a college student, should submit the schooling certification. In English outside the text must be attached with Chinese or English translation.
3. Transcript, in English outside the text must be attached with Chinese or English translation.
