1. This contract constitutes an order for wedding photographs and albums and prints. It is understood that any and all proofs, sample prints and negatives remain the property of the photographer, Joey Autrey, and they may be used for advertising, display, or any purpose thought proper by the photographer.
2. Although all care will be taken with the negatives and photographs taken at the wedding, photographer limits any liability for loss, damage, or failure to deliver pictures for any reasons to the return of all deposits made.
3. Upon signature, photographer reserves the time and date agreed upon, and will not make other reservations for that time and date. For this reason, all deposits are non-refundable, even if date is changed or wedding canceled for any reason.
4. With packages, a deposit of ½ is due at signing of this contract and the remainder is to be paid upon delivery of album(s).
5. Wedding packages consists of 8 x 10 photographs in a wedding album. 8 x 10’s are $17.00 each and the album is $50.00 (minimum 30 - 8 x 10’s). Please mark the pictures you want on the attached checklist.

SPECIAL NOTES / INSTRUCTIONS
- This picture list is designed to assist you in selecting the pictures you wish. It is by no means a complete list of all picture possibilities. The choice of your wedding photos is strictly up to you. Feel free to use the special request lines freely, or use additional sheets of paper if necessary.
- After you have turned your checklist back in to me, I will be typing a list of the photos that you want taken. This list can be altered even as late as the rehearsal night. If during the wedding you come up with any additional photos that you want taken, simply tell me and I will be happy to take them. However, keep in mind, you will be charged $17.00 for each photo your request. For this reason, the only persons allowed to add photos to the wedding album will be the Bride, the Groom, and the parents of the Bride or Groom.
- With your permission, I would like to attend your wedding rehearsal so that I can plan ahead for what equipment I will need to bring, and to plan where I need to be during the ceremony to get the photos you request.
- When your family or friends ask, let them know that I will have extra film, and will be more than happy to take family photos for them. However, my primary responsibility is to the Bride and Groom, and their photos. I ask that any extra photos for family or friends be taken during breaks in the wedding photography. These extra photos will not be included in the wedding album, and the Bride and Groom will not be responsible for paying for these photos. Please make your friends and family aware that the pictures will be 8x10, and cost $17.00 each. Reprints can be ordered from any of these prints, or from the wedding album. Reprint prices are on the contract.
- I have absolutely no objection to family and friends taking photos while I am shooting pictures. I actually welcome them in taking their photos. I ask that they do not get in front of me, but rather stay behind or beside me. I also ask that they take their pictures as they can, and that they do not ask to me to “hold” any of the poses that I set up so that they can take their pictures. We are working on a timetable, and need to move quickly.
- I, along with the Bride and Groom, will set the time that photography will commence. This will be determined by how many pictures we will be taking. Whatever time we set, everyone involved needs to be at the church at that time, dressed and with flowers, ready to take pictures. This does not mean that they show up at that time, with their clothes in their arms, still having to get dressed. Please make the florist aware of this also. We do not want to make your guests wait because we have too many pictures to take between the wedding and reception.
