By your signature below, hereby agrees to indemnify and hold the Center and The Guilds of the Center, their officers, directors, agents, and employees harmless from and against any and all liability damages, claims, and expenses for bodily injury, personal injury, or property damage arising from or in connection with operations related to this event, except to the extent such injury or damage is caused by the negligence or willful misconduct of the Center, The Guilds of the Center, their employees or agents, from which the Center and The Guilds of the Center similarly agree to indemnify .

shall maintain during the term of this agreement insurance from a carrier with Best’s rating of A 7 or greater the following policies of insurance covering the vendor’s operations in connection with the event: Workers’ Compensation and Employers’ Liability Insurance covering its employees subject to the requirements of applicable law; Commercial General Liability Insurance covering bodily injury, personal and advertising injury, and property damage in connection with the event with a minimum limit of $1,000,000 per occurrence, $2,000,000 annual aggregate, and naming the Center and The Guilds of the Center as Additional Insureds; Liquor Liability Insurance (if applicable) with a limit of not less than $1,000,000 per occurrence naming the Center and The Guilds of the Center as Additional Insureds; Business Automobile Liability (if applicable) with a limit of not less than $1,000,000 per occurrence, including any owned, non-owned and hired vehicles, and; Garage Liability and Garage Keepers Legal Liability (if applicable) with a minimum limit of $1,000,000 per occurrence.
