AREA CAPTAINS THOUGHTS

From Dottie:

I encourage all of our TOPS members to read/use the book, the Choice Is Mine. It truly is a practical guide/tool to take and keep off pounds sensibly. Using the Table of Contents guides you through this wonderful bank of information. Remember, " a healthy life, means making healthy choices... and it all starts with me." ~eric lamb

From Pat:

I am looking forward to SRD in Greensboro - May 16 & 17th. It will be a fantastic gathering of TOPS from around the state, as we honor our 2007 winners. It will be a time packed full of emotions, inspiration and fun. I hope to see many of you there.
