The Gospel According To Noah's Ark
The Gospel According To Noah's Ark
(Genesis 7:13-16 KJV)
13In the selfsame day entered Noah, and Shem, and Ham, and Japheth, the sons of Noah, and Noah's wife, and the three wives of his sons with them, into the ark;14They, and every beast after his kind, and all the cattle after their kind, and every creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth after his kind, and every fowl after his kind, every bird of every sort.15And they went in unto Noah into the ark, two and two of all flesh, wherein is the breath of life.16And they that went in, went in male and female of all flesh, as God had commanded him: and the Lord shut him in.
(Matthew 24:37-39 KJV)
37But as the days of Noah were, so shall also the coming of the Son of man be.38For as in the days that were before the flood they were eating and drinking, marrying and giving in marriage, until the day that Noe entered into the ark,39And knew not until the flood came, and took them all away; so shall also the coming of the Son of man be.
I
'm very familiar with the cruciality of God's, andchastisement concerning anyone who adds or taketh away from His Divine Word that He has provided for His mankind. I have studied and searched the bible thoroughly for many years—and I know that it is written in (Revelation 22:18-19 KJV)which is the book of Eschatology, where God givesan edict to let His word remain as He has spoken—but He who is the Theous, has given His Word to whom He's preordain, which is the anthropos to dissect and perform a spiritual autopsy, to enlighten men with the proper identification and application of what God is trying to convey byway of scripture.
(Revelation 22:18-19 KJV)
18For I testify unto every man that heareth the words of the prophecy of this book, If any man shall add unto these things, God shall add unto him the plagues that are written in this book: 19And if any man shall take away from the words of the book of this prophecy, God shall take away his part out of the book of life, and out of the holy city, and from the things which are written in this book.
It's ideological to say that types and shadows of Jesus Christ are found throughout the entire Bible—let's walk back down memory lane to prove the validity of this claim:
Adam is explicitly said to have been a type of Christ in that he was the representative of humanity (Romans 5:12).
Abelis shown to be a type of Christ in that he was the first one to suffer for righteousness sake (Matthew 23:34-35).
Enoch was a type of Christ in that “he walked with God and was not.” Enoch was an example of exceptional uprightness.
Melchizedekwas a type of Christ in that he was the King and Priest who blessed Abraham.
Abraham was a type of Christ in that he was the prototypical stranger and foreigner. Like the Redeemer, He functionally “had nowhere to lay his head.”
Isaac was a type of Christ in that he was the promised “son of Abraham.”
Jonah was a type of Christ in that he was in the belly of the fish for three days and three nights.
Job was a type of Christ in that he was a righteous sufferer.
Noah was a type of Christ in that he served as a sort of “second Adam;” he was not “Thesecond Man,” but “the Last Adam,” and was a type of the One to come—and the list can go on and on.
