If you or your guest experience any problems at the gate when there is no guard during the overnight hours we have a call button located near the door of the gatehouse that when pushed, calls the security phone – or you could contact security directly at 570-807-8103.
Owners must visit the gate website and enter their guest in the system if they will be entering the community when the gate is unmanned. The system then will automatically create a keypad code for you to give to your guest to use to gain entrance to the community. Owners who do not have an active access card will have to do the same for themselves and obtain a keypad code. The keypad is located on the swipe pad in the owner’s entrance lane at the gate and will only be active during the overnight hours when there is no guard at the gate. When using the keypad, users will have to put in their keypad code followed by the * key for the gate to open. If you do not have your username or password for the website, or have any questions about this new procedure please call the office and one of our staff will be happy to explain the process to you.
Don’t forget the Board of Directors meeting on Friday, January 20th at 9:30am in the Gathering room of the Community Center. As always, only members in good standing will be permitted to attend.
