Registration Fee:

Registration Fee: regular registration fee $300 US dollars, student registration fee $220, and registration fee for an accompany person $170. The registration covers technical sessions (regular and student registrations), welcome reception, conference banquet, tea/coffee breaks during the conference and two social events (Great Wall and Acrobatics). $50 will be incremented onto each category for late registration after April 30, 2008. Early registration is strongly encouraged.

Cancellation notice must be in writing to the conference organizing committee. There will be a processing charge:

Before May 1: We refund 70% of the registration fee. In case of refund, please provide detailed bank account information.

After May 1, no refund can be made.

Visa

For a short period of time traveling to China from most countries, you will not need visa. Please check with your local travel agent or consult with Chinese embassy or consulate in your area. If you need to apply for a visa, please send us an email and the conference secretariat will offer you an official invitation issued by the authority concerned.
