Citadel Outlets Reveals New Stores in Expansion Opening

(City of Commerce, California) – After eight months of construction, Craig Realty Group and Citadel Outlets are ready to introduce 18 brand name stores, new common space and a multi-level parking structure (200 spaces) at the only outlet shopping center in Los Angeles. By early January 2011, more new stores will open bringing the total number of new stores to 36.

The brand new 157,000 sq. ft. development now connects existing retailers Tommy Hilfiger Company Store and Kitchen Collection to the new stores which have generated hundreds of new jobs in the community. Citadel Outlets will also open its new multi-level parking structure.

The new retail lineup which will open in October 2010 includes: Under Armour, adidas, Aeropostale, Anchor Blue, CAbi, Columbia Sportswear, DKNY, Esprit, Gap, Tommy Hilfiger, and O’Neill.

The retail lineup opening in November 2010 includes: H&M, Nike, Converse, Foreign Exchange, Hanes Brand, Lucky Brand, and Spritz.

Store Descriptions:

H&M (21,429 sq. ft.):H&M Citadel, the first H&M store in the US to open in an outlet center, will make current fashion and updated basics accessibleto all in the Commerce area by offering collections for ladies, men, young ladies and young men, with separatesections for denim,accessories, maternity, and lingerie. This brand new two story location includes an escalator and willalsocarryH&M’s fantastic children’s collection, which features quality garments for kids of all ages.

H&M is the most fashionable source for the latest trends. This fall’s seasonal collection offers a diverse mix, with a focus on sustainability. Whether it’s looking for the perfect jacket or a great accessory, H&M offers stylish options for everyone. Key items for women include dresses starting at $19.95, sweaters for $14.95, and jackets for $29.95. NikeFactory Store (17,280 sq. ft.): Nike will debut in grand style with its first two-story factory store. Gap Factory Store(12,439 sq. ft.): As the value expression of the global Gap brand, Gap Factory Story offers great Gap style for an exceptional value.
