Re:2011Charles Rodger Wilson Leadership Conference (CRWLC)

The 2011 Charles Rodger Wilson Leadership Conference will be held on November 12-13, 2011 on the campus of the University of Maryland at College Park located in College Park, Maryland.The theme this year is: “Eastern Province C. Rodger Wilson Leadership Conference…Training for 2nd Century Leadership!” This is the sixth year that the CRWLC will be held in conjunction with MOIP.

This is a two-day conference, so plan accordingly. Please note that chapter officers must attend all three mandatory roll calls in order to receive the certificate of completion. This is now a requirement for chapter certification.

The Marriott Inn and Conference Center, University of MD University College will serve as the host and the cut-off date to secure a room at the special rate of $149/night is 10/13/2011.

***We are asking those chapters that have an advisor to the undergraduate chapter to sponsor a one-night hotel stay for that undergraduate chapter.

Conference registration will begin promptly on Saturday from 7:00 a.m. –8:00a.m, on the campus oftheUniversityof Maryland in the Stamps Student Union, with the conference beginning at 8:00 a.m. Please see tentative conference schedule.

Registration for this year’s conference will be open until November 1, 2011. There will be no on-site registration this year. Late registration will be enforced.

All chapters and brothers are encouraged to use the Province Website: to complete the online registration process using PayPal. For those chapters wishing to mail in registration forms, the registration form can be downloaded and sent to the Province Keeper of Exchequer, Ronny Hyman no later than November 1, 2011. Please complete one registration form per chapter using certified checks, or money order.

There will be no on-site registration. Chapter Polemarchs and Chapter Advisors are strongly urged to collect all monies and complete the registration form for all mandatory attendees and other brothers in their chapters that will be attending the conference. Registration is mandatory for all Chapter officers and spring 2011 MOIP initiates.

Note** All Spring 2011 MOIP initiates whose fees were paid in advance must register to show attendance. If you are attending, then you must register. Each Chapter Polemarch is asked to make sure that the Undergraduate Chapter Polemarch and Advisor are made aware of this announcement and registration requirement.
