The meeting was held at 4425 N. Market St. Wilmington, DE. A quorum of the Board was present for the meeting. Present: Elmer L. Newlin, Chairman of the Board, Vance G. Daniels Sr., Beverly Bell, Taube Carpenter, and Donald Dryden, Board Members. Also present were Dirk Durstein, Deputy Attorney General and Counsel to the Board, and Tanishia Stewart, Board Secretary.
THE FOLLOWING CASES WERE HEARD BY THE BOARD:
TolandVanstan v. Vanstan Land - AD # 20831598
Present: ToalndVanstan, claimant; Gary Aber Esq., claimants attorney. A motion was made by Mrs. Bell, and seconded by Mr. Daniels. The Board moved to reverse the referee and award benefits. Mr. Dryden and Mr. Newlin agreed. Mrs. Carpenter was not present for the hearing.
