REGARDING: Preparation of 8 (eight) certified reference materials of products from Assarel Mine and Processing Plant

Dear Sirs,

We would like to kindly ask you to provide us an offer for the manufacture of eight certified reference materials from Assarel Mine and Processing Plant.

The expected average Copper (Cu) grade of the samples is:

·  Copper ore with expected average cooper grade around 0.270%

·  Copper ore with expected average cooper grade around 0.600%

·  Final tailings with expected average cooper grade around 0.040%

·  Processor middling with expected average cooper grade around 0.170%

·  Processor middling with expected average cooper grade around 0.800%

·  Rougher flotation copper concentrate with expected average cooper grade around 2%

·  Rougher flotation copper concentrate with expected average cooper grade around 2.50%

·  Copper concentrate with expected average cooper grade around 23.00%

Each material needs to be certified for:

- Al2O3 %, SiO2 %, Fe2O3 % by fusion and XRF;

- Ag, Cd, Ni, Zn, Ca, Mg, Mn, Mo by 4 acid digest and ICP;

- Cu % by 4 acid digest and AAS for copper ores, final tailings and middlings;

- Cu % by acid digestion and titrimetric method for copper concentrates;

- S % by LECO;

-Au ppm by fire assay and determination by ICP or AAS.

The materials are prepared by Assarel Medet JSC. The raw materials were dried and pulverized and the grain size is 95% passing 75µm.

Еach material weighs up to 25 kg and is packaged separately.

The costs for delivery of the samples will be at the expense of Assarel Medet.

We look forward to your offer for term and price of the service until 16 BGT on 30.11.2017.

The offer shall include the following items:

-  Homogenizing

-  Sampling

-  Analysis

-  Price of statistical analysis of certification results.
