ANIMAL SPONSORSHIP APPLICATION

Eden Animal Rescue runs a sponsorship scheme to help raise funds to help animals who have been with us for some time. These are animals that, because of ill health, behavioural problems or poor treatment and neglect before they came to us, prove difficult to rehome. They may live with a fosterer or be cared for at Moorlands Head Farm.

You can sponsor an animal for as little as £15.00 per annum. In return, you receive an adoption certificate with photos of your chosen animal. We will also provide you with updates as to their progress. You are welcome to visit your sponsored animal if we are caring for it at Moorlands Head Farm and visits would not distress it. Some animals are too nervous or poorly to meet new friends. If the animal you sponsor is re-homed you can choose a new animal to sponsor. Your new sponsorship pack will be sent by post. Please advise us if you would like this sent by email. We send all animal updates by email as more money then goes to helping our animals rather than on costly printing and postage. Please advise us if youDO NOT want updates by email and we will post these out.

For anyone under 18, the form must be countersigned by a responsible adult aged 18 or over.
