Nomination Guidelines & Nomination Form

Guidelines

  1. The Economic Times Polymers Awards will cover the final plastic product that is ultimately utilised by the end-user consumer either directly or indirectly. This includes eight different industry segments plus the recycling sector.
  1. The jury members will consider key aspects like design, utility, speed-to-market, materials selection, manufacturing process and creativity. Therefore, it is extremely necessary to submit good high-resolution images as it will make it easy for the jury team to judge the entry.
  1. Aproduct to be considered for nomination must have been created and manufactured in the period between December 2016 to December 2017 in India. This could also include any older product that is or has been re-vamped in a new format or manner in the above-mentioned period with some creativity and utility value.
  1. The product must still be in actual use in India at the time of sending the nomination. We will accept entries with international element but the significant portion of development must have taken place in India.
  1. We are open to accept entries in individual categories that may overlap with other categories. For example, a packaging product done for the pharmaceutical industry can also be considered for healthcare.
  1. Please ensure that the nomination is sent in a hard copy format only. Either through post / courier / hand delivery only.
