The Bank has decided to invite quotations for Rate Contract Order of Printer Consumables for the period of 1st June 2016 to 31st May 2017for the following printers as per enclosed format as mentioned in Annexure - I:
The terms & conditions of the contract will be as given below.
Commercial terms and conditions for printer consumables
1. Supply & Commissioning Schedule:
The items mentioned in Annexure - I should be supplied, installed and commissioned within 1 day from the date of receipt of requirement of item over phone or e-mail after acceptance of this order for the period mentioned in the letter. The workmanship should be perfect and necessary printer output should be OK after connection of the consumable item. The defective item should be handed over to us.
2. Payment Terms:
100% payment will be released within 15 days from the date of commissioning and submission of bill against the item wise rate mentioned in Annexure – I.
3. Warranty:
The warranty on workmanship should be for one year at least during which time any fault due to workmanship should be rectified within 24 hours of receipt of call.
Above offer is open till 16th May 2016.
