The Greenbrier’s team of culinary professionals carefully designs ingredient-driven menus, using locally sourced produce and regionally inspired flavors. Wine pairings are personally selected by our sommeliers, and unique craft beers and cocktails are prepared with an unprecedented attention to detail. Wine tastings and craft cocktail seminars are some of the most popular culinary special events, in addition to Farm-To-Table dinners, Kitchen Tours & Dine-Arounds with our chefs. Lobby Bar
A popular gathering place since the 1950s, this warm and friendly alcove is an ideal place to mix and mingle while having cocktails and appetizers with friends before or after dinner. Centrally located adjacent to the Upper Lobby, the Lobby Bar provides a convenient and relaxing atmosphere to enjoy The Greenbrier’s legendaryMint Julep or top-shelf cocktails under the grand chandelier from the movie set of “Gone With the Wind.”

Twelve Oaks
The definition of Southern charm, Twelve Oaks is where guests come to toast their luck, celebrate winnings or simply relax in comfortable elegance. This high-end lounge is located in the Casino Club and features a refined atmosphere where signature cocktails and cordials are prepared with impressive service flair. The menu offers a selection of handpicked fare from Draper’s.The ornate décor is distinguished by an elegant equestrian theme that includes an impressive collection of jockey memorabilia and artwork. Greenbrier guests enjoy simulcast horseracing and exciting Happy Hour specials in the casual atmosphere of Twelve Oaks.
Draper’s
Conceived as a bright and colorful tribute toDorothy Draper, Draper’s offers casual dining with a menu that includes classic Dorothy Draper favorites, as well as traditional southern dishes. Enjoy lunch and dinner served in a cheerfully unique setting. Dishes such as our Fried Green Tomato Sandwich, Crab Louis, Draper’s Chicken Pot Pie and Kate’s Mountain Salad will become family traditions, along with visits to the ice cream and dessert bar for a scrumptious house-made treat. If you’re in the mood for delicious southern comfort food prepared with the finest local ingredients and served with genuine southern hospitality, this is the ultimate dining experience for you.
Café Carleton
Situated across the concourse from Draper’s and overlooking the Casino Club, Café Carleton is open on Friday and Saturday nights with live piano music and showtunes between 8:00pm and midnight. The atmosphere is high end, and top shelf wines and spirits are available by the glass. The menu consists of caviar, oysters, cheese plates and charcuterie offerings. Café Carleton is named after The Greenbrier’s interior decorator, Carleton Varney.
The Forum
Step into a comfortable Italian neighborhood nestled in Rome. The ambience and décor bring the best of Italy to life with traditional music and the savory aromas of authentic Italian cuisine. Classic hand-tossed Neapolitan pizza made with the best imported semolina flour, Burrata cheese and handpicked tomatoes from The Greenbrier Chef’s Garden is just one of the many house specialties. The menu also features classically authentic dishes with influences from all of Italy for the American palate.Enjoy an Italian-themed cocktail and our extensive wine list which features predominantly classic Italian selections,
including our own signature Chianti Classico. The Forum is an ideal spot for the whole family, located at the North Entrance.
JJ’s Sports Lounge
Located beneath Prime 44 West, JJ’s is a fan favorite sports lounge featuring our take on traditional pub cuisine. The extensive selection of beveragesincludes a fully-stocked bar and our nine-tap Craft Beer Bar highlighting microbrews from around the region. Whether seated at the bar or at a table, you’ll be perfectly situated to watch your favorite team on one of 11 TVs, including four 70” screens. JJ’s now features ESPN GamePlan, NFL SUNDAY TICKET and SEC Football (channels and programming vary by season a sports schedules). Catch thelatest scores, watch the game, cheer on your team and unwind with friends in this relaxed atmosphere.
In-Room Dining
The In-Room Dining experience at The Greenbrier brings the best of The Greenbrier kitchens not only to your guest room but just about anywhere on our 11,000-acre playground. Our diverse menu is offered 24 hours a day and features selections from every dining venue on the property. From a delicious breakfast in bed to an elegant candlelit dinner in the North lawn gazebo, our In-Room Dining experts will attend to every detail. For outdoor excursions (or your departure day), our In-Room dining menu offers a wide selection of hand crafted box lunches, snacks and beverages all packed and ready for travel!
Pizza Shoppe
The Pizza Shoppe, located within The Forum, boasts one of only two coal-fired pizza ovens in West Virginia. Our pizza is made with only the freshest of ingredients can be enjoyed at the Rhododendron Terrace and The Forum. Greenbrier guests and members can also enjoy pizza from The Pizza Shoppe delivered piping hot and fresh anywhere on Greenbrier property including guest cottages and Sporting Club homes. For guests on the go, The Forum also offers pizza for pick-up during regular operating hours.
The Greenbrier Gourmet
The Greenbrier Gourmet is an excellent way to start the day with fresh-brewed S&D coffee, pastries or a gourmet coffee prepared by our in-house baristas at our Coffee Bar. Breakfast sandwiches are made fresh everyday and for lunch enjoy a chef-created gourmet sandwich and light snacks.
Greenbrier Royale
Located within the Casino Club at The Greenbrier, Greenbrier Royale is the place to see and be seen. Enjoy craft cocktails, both classic renditions as well as our own original recipes, made right in front of you using only the freshest of ingredients, with house-made infusions, purées, bitters, sours, tonics and more blended with only the highest-quality spirits and liqueurs. The spaciousdining area offers a great dinner option with an openshow kitchen where guests watch our expert chefsprepare tantalizing entrees in a wood-burning oven.Open seasonally, Sam Snead’s at The Golf Clubfeatures an impressive a la carte menu with a varietyof menu choices including salads, steaks, pasta,seafood and hand-tossed pizza presented withengaging service and lively panache.
Slammin’ Sammy’s (seasonal)
The Greenbrier’s rendition of a “sports bar,” Slammin’ Sammy’s features big screen TVs, billiard tables, shuffleboard, foosball and other games. Located on the upper floor of The Golf Club, every table is a “front-row seat” with incredible views of the golf courses Snead tamed. Open seasonally with a snack menu and beverage service, Slammin’ Sammy’s is a relaxed night spot to watch the game, cheer on your team and socialize with old and new friends. Serving classic American bar fare with a touch of class, the menu includes a sophisticated approach to traditional cuisine like burgers, wings, entrée salads, pizzas and sandwiches along with a fantastic beer selection and the finest martinis and bourbons.

In-Fusion is a destination unto itself. Located inthe heart of the Casino Club at The Greenbrier, thisdining venue is exclusively for adults age 21 yearsand older. The menu offers a variety of small platesfrom various parts of China, Japan, Korea andThailand.This Zen dining venue features a unique Sushi Barlocated in the center of the restaurant. With touchesof Asian elegance in the décor, the menufeatures signature dishes such as Soy Roasted SeaBass, General Tso’s Chicken and numerous SushiBar items. Specialty cocktails infused with citrus andfresh herbs, along with the most impressive offering of luxury sakes in the region, harmonize beautifully with the menu.
The Ryder Cup (seasonal)
Pick up your breakfast and lunch sandwiches or wraps before or after a day on the golf course. The menu features a selection of light snacks, beer & wine, cocktails and soft drinks all served in a quick and casual atmosphere. The Ryder Cup is located inside The Golf Clubhouse just steps away from The Greenbrier’s three signature golf courses.
Tree Tops Café (seasonal)
Located beside the spectacular Outdoor Infinity Pool, Tree Tops Café offers casual full-table or lounge chair service set among the most breathtaking décor at the resort - the wondrous Allegheny Mountains. Enjoy healthy sandwiches and salads as well as gourmet burgers while soaking up the sunshine and surroundings. Tree Tops Café also offers an assortment of scrumptious ice creams, shakes and smoothies to satisfy the sweet tastes of all ages.
Rhododendron Terrace Café (seasonal)
Join us on Rhododendron Terrace, our newadults-only outdoor relaxation area located nearThe Greenbrier Mineral Spa and Indoor Pool. TheRhododendron Terrace is the perfect place to savora refreshing cocktail or glass of wine and piping hotpizza from The Pizza Shoppe at The Forum.
Springhouse Smoothies (seasonal)
Take a healthy and delicious break at Springhouse Smoothies, the newest addition to the Dining Collection at The Greenbrier. Springhouse Smoothies offers a wide variety of delicious and nutritious custom-blended smoothies made from the freshest fruits and vegetables, as well as snacks and waters the whole family will enjoy. Conveniently located in the heart of the resort next to the Springhouse, Springhouse Smoothies is the perfect place to enjoy a post-workout snack or a refreshing break from an afternoon hike.
