RETURN GOODS POLICY
Terms: Net 30 Days

SIN A-4A and A-4B
Swiss-American Products, Inc. (SAP) will accept return goods from our customers, for credit or exchange, under the following conditions:
1. All returns must have written authorization from SAP Customer Service.
2. Unauthorized returns will be refused and returned freight collect to the sender.
3. Return goods authorizations are valid for 45 days from date of issue.
4. SAP will authorize returns of full cases of resalable goods under the following conditions:
· When shipped in error by SAP, if returned within 60 days from date of invoice, full credit will be granted and freight will be paid by Swiss-American.
5. Return goods will be valued at the original cost.
6. All claims for damage and shortage must be made to customer service within 20 days from the date of receipt of the merchandise. The claim must include the invoice number and items damaged.
7. Requests to return products, when such products show an expiration date which is equal to or less than six (6) months from the date of the request for return, will not be accepted without a concurrent replacement order to reorder the units being returned.
8. All returns are subject to SAP inspection. No credit will be issued until received and inspected. Credit will only be issued if the product is in resalable condition. SAP reserves the right to destroy merchandise deemed unfit for sale, whether or not accepted for credit or exchange.
9. Requests to return products, when such products show an expiration date which is equal to or less than six (6) months from the date of the request for return, will not be accepted without a concurrent replacement order to reorder the units being returned.

Elta Pressure Management Viscoelastic Mattresses can be returned to us from our customers, for credit or exchange, under the following conditions:
· All returns must have written authorization from SAP Customer Service.
· Unauthorized returns will be refused and returned freight collect to the sender.
· Return goods authorizations are valid for 45 days from date of issue.
(A-74) SAP will authorize returns of full cases of resalable goods under the following conditions:
· When ordered in error by customer, a restocking fee will apply equal to 10% of the purchase price of the return and freight prepaid.
· When shipped in error by SAP, if returned within 45 days from date of invoice, full credit will be granted.
(A-79) SAP will authorize returns of full cases of resalable goods under the following conditions:
· When ordered in error by customer, a restocking fee will apply equal to 25% of the purchase price of the return and freight prepaid.
· When shipped in error by SAP, if returned within 45 days from date of invoice, full credit will be granted.
Return goods will be valued at the original cost.
