ATTACHMENT A – COMMITTEE LISTING

·  Christmas Mass and Brunch

o  NDCC event kicks-off Christmas season in Chicago. Plan mass and brunch for Chicago families, which includes a visit from Santa Claus.

·  Freshmen Send-Off

o  Plan send-off event for incoming freshman class members who live in NDCC jurisdiction. Event occurs at local area high school and allows students and family to gain additional university information in informal setting.

·  Golf Outing

o  Plan and coordinate annual golf outing. This event, along with Rockne Banquet, constitutes one of the keynote annual NDCC fundraising events.

·  Hesburgh Forum

o  Arrange guests to speak at lecture series that explore academic, moral, and ethical issues. NDCC typically holds two such events each fiscal year.

·  Membership

o  Coordinate annual membership drive. Work to identify new NDCC offerings that provide content to NDCC membership.

·  Networking

o  Develop low cost and/or self-funding programs, events, and networks designed to draw alumni to the ND family by reaching out to different age, interest, and practice or industry groups, and build community within the NDCC.

·  Rockne

o  Plan and coordinate annual NDCC banquet. Committee chairs work to identify event venue, arrange event speakers, and lead silent auction and raffle committees.

o  Subcommittees include Silent Auction and Sponsorship

·  Service

o  Coordinate service events throughout the fiscal year. The chair’s goal is to create an environment that fosters commitment to service.

·  Tech/Website

o  Help manage NDCC website and direct social media strategy
