The Default Reports That Are Available in BLOXX Are Defined Below

BLOXX Reports

The default reports that are available in BLOXX are defined below:

·  All Sites- Displays data on all sites accessed by every user

·  All URLs- Lists all URLs accessed

·  All Users- Lists all users accessing the Internet. From this report you can drill down to see further information on sites, URLs or activities (i.e. whether a user was blocked or allowed).

·  Blocked Sites- Lists all sites blocked by the filtering policy applied to the user and allows you to modify an Access Control List (ACL) for this site.

·  Blocked URLs- Lists all URLs blocked by the Web Filter.

·  Blocked Users- Lists users whose access has been blocked. From this report you can drill down to see a breakdown of sites, URLs and reasons for blocking.

·  BrowseTime by site- Displays estimated time that each user accesses the Internet. You can drill down to view access by site or URL. The Activity breakdown reveals date/time, user, url, cache info and whether URLs are allowed or blocked.

·  Browse Time by User – Time spent by each user browsing.

·  MSLog- Produces a downloadable log of user activity in MS Proxy 2.0 log compatible format.

·  Search Queries – displays requests in searches for specific words / phrases

·  Summary - Contains information on top 20 users, top 20 blocked users, top 20 sites and usage by category per day. This report has a drill down capability to display further details.

·  Top Sites- Lists top 20 sites and total bytes transferred per site.

·  Top URLs- Shows top 20 URLs and total bytes transferred per URL.

·  Top Users- Top 20 users by bandwidth used / bytes transferred per user.

·  User Category- Breakdown of top 20 user access by category

·  User Category Grid – Displayed in grid format.

·  W3CLog- Produces a downloadable log of user activity in W3C log compatible format. The reports can show all of the detail captured with each request
