For maintenance of temperature of a stream of a liquid on a trunk of oil-extracting chinks in the set limits for the purpose of prevention of formation(education) ASPO on internal walls NKT in the course of oil extracting and selection high viscosity emulsy good efficiency was shown by(with) automated self-adjustable linear heaters ASLN-1. ASLN-1 structurally consists of heating and electronic parts.

The heating part represents heating cable with final the device. The cable type, section and a material of current-carrying veins are defined after thermal calculation and depend, first of all, on a mode of oil extracting, degree of viscosity of an extracted(obtained) fluid, an interval and intensity of adjournment ASPV.

Besides, application of protectors- tsentratorov promotes optimisation of process of heat exchange – does not suppose a touch of a heating cable to a wall working a column, thereby is reached maximum heat conductivityon wall NKT.

For prevention of damage of the final device at spusko-elevating operations application of protection of the final device is provided. (Drawing3)

Electronic part ASLN-1 represents intellectual station of management of a linear heater and the temperature gauges located around a mouth and around the final device.

Food ASLN-1 is carried out by a three-phase alternating current pressure(voltage) 380 volt. Heating of a cable carried out by an alternating current with possibility of regulation of pressure(voltage) from 0 to 380 volt or a direct current with possibility of regulation of pressure(voltage) from 0 to 540 volt.

The station of management "Termite-T" disconnects(switches-off) heating at achievement of the top boundary temperature of the liquid in advance programmed in the electronic module of management by heating, and repeatedly includes heating at cooling of a liquid to the bottom boundary temperature.

The given algorithm allows to achieve decrease in the expense of the electric power, excepting superfluous heating.

Stations of management of "Termit-1M" and "Termit-2" allow to regulate(adjust) target pressure(voltage) of an alternating current on heating cable within 0 – 380 volt ("Termit-1M") and target pressure(voltage) of a direct current on heating cable within 0 – 540 volt ("Termit-2"). It allows to lower the expense of the electric power at the expense of capacity(power) decrease.(Drawing 4,5)

Key parametre defining managerial process, and, hence, and the operating mode of a linear heater, is value of temperature of saturation of oil paraffin, characteristic for each separately taken chink.
