Respected Sir,
In line to the aforesaidsubject, we congratulate & appreciate our Hon’ble CGMT-Gujarat and his team of Marketing,Finacnance and CMTS for takingmany important measurespertain tovarious policy decision and introduction/ commencement of newly services which are took place in our circle.
Consequently in this connection,it is requiring to publish & mobilize it ,in a unique manner through the Circle-Marketing. Because we come across the incidence that , many of our CSCs and various rank Field units officials are not having the requisite information, so that they can provide it during thevarious query of users. More over lot of curiosity & demand on our FWT-WLL base telephony cum internet services are there. In this regard our suggestions are as under.
(1)Various services of FWT-WLL:-
At present across the Circle through various WLL -MSCs, many new type of services are introduced and made operational. Taking all these services lot-off interest is prevailing amongst users. Hence some specific characteristic of all such services e.g. Tariff (in comparison with other operators), List of feasible area (SSAs wise) in which service are available, is essential to be highlighted through repeated print media advertisement. In this regard with our level best effort by approaching the all concern we have prepared a documentat Anex-1. Thus by necessary modification such type of piece of writing can be make available for CSCs & Advertisement.
In same way we have prepared documents containing configuration detail of FWT-WWL instruments of various brands at Anex-2. Thus the comprehensive information such as Anex-1and Anex-2with necessary modification is require to be circulated for field units. So that all the necessary information about Tariff, technical configuration, feasible area etc. can be made available at a glance & in unique manner.
(2) LKLB:-
In connection of LKLB policy decision for closing it on 31st March-2008 is taken. But many of our official and users do not know that. Hence it is requested that by repeated & aggressive advertisement e.g.
“Hurry up Last chance to opt 111 scheme, it is closing on 31st March-2008. Hurry up to book new connection with 111 scheme at 0(Zero) registration cost, it is closing on 31st March-2008” etc. Thus we have to try to create the impact in such a way that maximum existing users can opt the scheme as well as maximum NTC with LKLB can be registered.
Thus it should be allowed that NTC booked with LKLB up to 31st March-2008 can be provided even later on in case of administrative delay and TNF.
(3)Basant Bahar:-
In connection of “Basant Bahar” ,policy decision is taken to relaunchingit up to 31st March-2008.As the case of LKLB,many of our official and users do not know about the same.Thus by aggressive and repeated print media advertisement,we have to try to create the impact in such a way that maximum existing post-paid, prepaid users can opt the scheme as well as maximum New connection with Basant Bahar” can be registered.
We are hopping and optimistic that our views & suggestion will be considered in the overall interest of BSNL.
