THE BRIT SCHOOL CELEBRATES EXCEPTIONAL A LEVEL AND VOCATIONAL RESULTS.

Thursday 17August, The BRIT School, Croydon

It is an exceptional day for vocational and academic achievement at The BRIT School and once again we are delighted with the students’ exam results at Post 16 and feel they reflect their hard work and dedication to their studies. Students commit to a rigorous curriculum specialising in a performing or creative arts vocational qualification and some studentsalso undertake additional A Levels.

All students study for the Edexcel BTEC Level 3 Extended Diploma, which is equivalent to 3 A-Levels.

This year 58.25% (51%in 2016) of our students achieved the top grade D*D*D* which is an increase of 7.25% on 2016. This is the equivalent of 3 A*s at A level. Over 100 BRIT School students gained this top grade.

80.50% (76.12% in 2016) of our Year 13 students achieved a D*D*D* to D*DD in their vocational qualifications which is the equivalent to an A*-B grade at A Level.

Stuart Worden said,“This year The BRIT School celebrates 25 years. The results once again prove the success of the School. Students are going out in the world with skills, confidence and exceptional qualifications. You can come to The BRIT School and get a head start in your creative and performing arts career and gain brilliant academic results in A Levels too. Everything is possible. These are the best results that have been achieved in my tenure as Principal, especially at A level. This is an achievement for our students and staff to deliver these exceptional results”.

Students may also take A Levels alongside their vocational qualification. This year’s A Level results are as follows:
