This is the website geared toward educating your potential customers on our products and tools. There is also a link on your homepage to our “Solution Tool” survey, which allows customers to determine which products are best for them when getting started. You will use this site for enrolling all new Preferred Customers.

This website is designed to educate your business prospects on our business model, business kit options, and our compensation plan. This is also the site you will utilize to enroll all new Consultants.

Before you do anything else, it is MOST IMPORTANT to do the following THREE things:
1.YOUR “LOVE LIST”
Generate a list of 10 contacts in your network that LOVE you and would support you no matter what you do. Share this list with your sponsor within 48 hours of enrolling. The objective is to get each of these individuals on a 3-way call to introduce them to your new business and our product line. This is NOT a pushy sales call…very laid back and informational. Success in this business starts with educating your network. Getting your LOVE LIST oriented is key in the first week to 10 days!
2. LOOK AT YOUR CALENDAR AND PICK TWO BUSINESS LAUNCH DATES
We need to launch your business THIS MONTH. By launching, you will have the opportunity to educate your prospects on our business / products in a group setting. It is also a critical piece of your training. We learn in this business by listening and duplicating best practices demonstrated in launch events. I will come and help you with these events or we can do virtually. The Launch Events will make your business OFFICIAL!
**200 messages should be sent and Launch Dates should be determined within the first two weeks. I also recommend you review the following links / info within your first month. These resources will help you feel more confident moving forward…however, DO NOT FEEL LIKE YOU HAVE TO KNOW IT ALL TO GET STARTED. Your sponsor will be connected very closely with you in your first 60 days to ensure that you are clear on the basics. Remember, we are all learning all the time.
3. 200 MESSAGES IN 2 WEEKS
In order to get your business off to a fast start, it is critical to make a comprehensive list of contacts from your various networks and begin reaching out quickly! Utilize Facebook Messenger or Text to send the following message to 200 contacts in your FIRST TWO WEEKS (You can personalize each message with a line or two of engaging text ie. Hi Sara! I’ve so enjoyed keeping up with your children and their many activities on FB! Wow, how they’ve grown!) :
“Hi ______! I hope this note finds you well! I know this is completely out of the blue, but I’ve had you on my mind so I decided to follow my intuition and reach out. I have started a new business with the doctors that created ProActiv. It’s called Rodan + Fields…have you heard about it? Although I’m just getting started, I am super excited about this business opportunity and our clinically proven products. I have always seen you as **______and **______. This might sound crazy, but I could totally see myself working this with you! Would you be available to talk on **______(day) at **______(time) or **______(time)? My business partner and friend ______will jump on the call if she is available. Super casual…just the facts. Can’t wait to chat. Let me know what time works best!”

Once you log on to any of your sites as listed above, you can click on the blue tab that says "check my pulse". Your "PULSE" is your back office with everything you will need to run an efficient business. Once logged in to "PULSE", you can go to the "BIZ DEV LIBRARY" tab at the top. Right next to the Getting Started icon, you will also find another red icon called RF Connection. This is a TERRIFIC resource for product questions and information. For example, some potential customers may have certain allergies or prefer to use products that are free of specific ingredients. The RF Connection will help you successfully navigate those conversations. You can also provide a link to this site for your customers to review. This site is very well organized with clinical information straight from our doctors.
