1.- Congress Registration.-

The price includes:
- Meeting of Coordinators in Escorial-Natura convention&resort from the 7th to the 12th of October. Accommodation and food not included (see accommodation conditions).
- Shuttle bus service from Madrid to El Escorial, on the afternoon of the 7th and return service on the 12th El Escorial – Madrid, in the morning (on the timetables provided for departure from Madrid centre and Madrid airport).
- 50th Anniversary Celebration Party, evening of the 11th, in El Escorial.
- Access to Open-door Sessions in Madrid on the 14th, 15th and 16th. Limited places assigned in order of registration to workshops, talks and lectures. The price does not include accommodation and food in the city of Madrid; please find document attached with additional information and recommendations on this.
- Optional presentation of work in Open-door Sessions.
- Registration to Open-door Sessions only:

The price includes:
- Access to Open-door Sessions in “el Circulo de Bellas Artes” of Madrid on the 14th, 15th and 16th. Limited places assigned in order of registration to workshops, talks and lectures. The price does not include accommodation and food in the city of Madrid; please find document attached with additional information and recommendations on this.
- This “registration form” must be sent to the following email address as an attachment; the file name must be “Ficha+Name+Surname”, for example “FichaFedericoGutierrez". Proof of payment must also be sent as an attachment, named “Pago+Name+Surname”, for example “PagoFedericoGutierrez”.
The registration fee must be paid to the following bank account:

Once the registration form and proof of payment have been sent, you can arrange your accommodation with the reservations department of Escorial-Natura resort at . Payment of the chosen option must be made within 30 days of the registration date.
Remember, first make payment of registration fee and then of accommodation.
