To include off sales on Monday to Sunday from 12.30pm to 10.00pm.

  1. Bossard’s Patisserie, 1a Gibraltar Street, Oban

To site various tables outside the premises and have an outdoor seating area from March to October each year.

To increase the alcohol display area from 20 square metres to 26.72 square metres.

To extend the opening hours on Wednesday to Sunday from 5.00pm to 10.00pm on a year round basis.

To increase the terminal hour on a Sunday from 12 Midnight to 1.00am and to remove the 12.30am music curfew on Friday and Saturday evenings.

  1. Queens Hotel, Corran Esplanade, Oban

(a) To close the premises, or the bar within the premises, prior to the terminal hour on any

particular day or days if there is insufficient demand but particularly during the period

from 1 October to 30 April.

(b) To serve non-residents until 1.00am at the discretion of the licence holder.

  1. Riverhill Café, 64a Sinclair Street, Helensburgh

(a) To amend on sales hours - Monday to Thursday, 10.00am to 5.00pm; Friday and

Saturday, 10.00am to 10.00pm and Sunday, 10.00am to 4.00pm.

(b) To amend off sales hours - Monday to Thursday, 10.00am to 6.00pm; Friday and

Saturday, 10.00am to 8.00pm and Sunday, 10.00am to 5.00pm.

  1. Rothesay Pavilion, 45 Argyle Street, Rothesay

To add the following seasonal variation: ‘Rothesay Pavilion is primarily an events led

venue and the sale of alcohol on the premises is ancillary to those events.

The core hours should be considered general hours for the sale of alcohol to cover

events which may be staged earlier or later during the day and the premises licence

holder reserves the right to open later, or close earlier, or to be closed on a particular

day(s) in line with the calendar of events’.

To allow children access to the main bar restaurant.

  1. Clyde Bar, 62-64 West Clyde Street, Helensburgh

(a) To increase the on sales capacity from 170 to 180 persons.

(b) To remove the right to allow children and young persons on the premises.

  1. The Lighthouse (formerly Creggans Inn), Shore Road, Kilcreggan

(a) To allow children and young persons to remain on the premises until 9.00pm.

(b) To change the commencement time for both on and off sales on a Sunday to 12 Midday.

(c) To include bar meals, within core licensed hours, under the activities permitted/provided for

on the premises.

  1. The Logie Baird, 8 James Street, Helensburgh

(a) To increase the terminal hour for on sales on Friday and Saturday from 12 Midnight to

1.00am.

(b) To remove the local curfew of 11.00pm on Thursday, Friday and Saturday evenings.
