As information to our valued customers, BellSouth has filed a tariff formadeplans to change the prices pricing rate changes on tfor the BellSouth® Complete Choice® plan services listed below. The new rates are scheduled to be scheduled to become effective beginning with bills dated July 122, 2005. A complete listing of copy of the proposed tariff changes will be on file with the Tennessee Regulatory Authority and available for public ins price changes for BellSouth Complete Choice and other service bundles can be viewed at [website address]pection. If you have a BellSouth Answers®® bundleplan that that iincludes the the Complete Choice plan plan and BellSouth®® Unlimited Long Distance service, your bundle price will not be affected by this rate change for the Complete Choice plan.
The effect of thesee rate price changes on individual customers may vary, depending on the services ordered and pricing that may be offered by special promotions. These rateprice changes apply to the services bundles listed below., when those services are offered separately.
