Snow Removal
Please remove snow from your patios and balconies with-in 48 hours after any snowfall. Our staff will keep the sidewalks open. (If you have a balcony be careful not to dump the snow on anyone or the sidewalks/patios below.)
If ice forms on your patio or the sidewalks, Salt/Ice melt is available by each building. You will through a little bit on the ice. Remember a little goes a long way. Please let management know if there are Icy conditions that the salt cannot handle.
Second Floor Condos; please remove doormats from the sidewalk in front of your entrance for the winter. It could get stuck in the snow blower. They also become a slip hazard as snow melts and refreezes into ice on them.
Please clean off and move your vehicles within 24 hours of any snowfall
Do not hang your cars over the sidewalks as this will make snow blowing difficult and could cause damage to your vehicles.
