CALL FOR PERFORMERS

The ANNUAL SVA TALENT SHOW will take place on

Friday, May 12 from 6:00 – 8:00.

Students who are interested in performing must complete this form, with parent signature, and return it to their teacher by FRIDAY, MAY 5.

REQUIREMENTS:

·  Acts can include: Singing, dancing, musical instruments, gymnastics, drama, magic tricks, puppet shows, etc. All are welcome…Show us your talent!

·  Acts must be 2 – 3 minutes long (no longer!).

·  Student may perform solo or with a small group (4 or fewer)

·  Students must supply music and any necessary props for their act.

·  Students must perform their act at a rehearsal after school on May 8 from 3:00-4:15, to assure they are prepared and the act is appropriate.

·  Students must be able to stay after school for a dress rehearsal on Wednesday, May 10 from 3:00-5:15.
