Raising funds to support projects and charitable causes is a hard job and takes time. Our approach is to offer gift items that are individually personalized for each and every customer as well as being suitable for an abundance of giving occasions. Our Products

There is nothing out of the ordinary within our “Everyday Use” fundraiser group, except for the high quality of our engraving. Everyone uses pens & pencils, clocks, tools, openers, knives, and desk decor every day of the week. At our retail store and for fundraising we’ve seen all kinds of gift giving occasions for these items including promotions, retirements, Mothers Day, Fathers Day, graduation, and of course the Holidays. Frankly, one of the most common reasons is simply to be nice. Another is for corporate, club or local recognition. Perhaps you know of one? Everyone loves a practical item with their name on it. Your customers can exercise their creativity by adding a nickname, listing a past occasion or adding a design to the multiple of engraving spaces we provide.

The most popular item to date has been the small (2.75”x1”) 9-function multi-tool. These tools are available in black, blue and red and they sell very rapidly at Fathers Day. They come with a pouch and can be attached to a belt, fit in a pocket or lie comfortably in a tackle box. All of the rosewood knives, pens, pen boxes, business card boxes, and pencils sell very well at our retail store and will work just as well for your fundraiser. The engraved clock sales have really picked up since we went to (3) lines of text availability and began displaying personalization themes such as “Time to Go Fishing”, “Time to Relax”, Time to Golf”, etc. Customers seem to love them.

We encourage you to compare our fundraising prices and quality to any corporate competition and especially to the engravers at the malls. All of our prices include the engraving and there are never any set up charges. As such, our fundraising kits include multiple examples and suggestions to help folks conjure up the best personalization possible.

Details

The first step is to request a fundraising kit. The standard kit includes: (1) of each item (we will accommodate reasonable special requests for additional samples), more detailed product descriptions with personalization examples and suggestions, individual order forms, master order forms and sheets containing available designs. Make as many copies as you need or request more forms from Adept Engraving LLC. There is a deposit of $30 required for each sales kit, which is 100% refunded upon return of the samples. Please note that due to the additional time required to organize and process multiple product fundraisers, we cannot offer the volume pricing reductions as we do for just cake pan fundraisers. Our only requirement to qualify for fundraiser or group order pricing is to achieve a minimum total order of (25) items. A shipping charge of just 3.5% is also added to each fundraiser (example: $1000 in sales will cost $35 to ship).

Each organization is responsible for:

  • collecting individual orders and monies,
  • consolidating orders onto master order forms,
  • ensuring the personalization requests are correct and legible,
  • making one payment (one check, please) to Adept Engraving LLC,
  • delivering individual orders, and
  • closing the fundraiser (4 months maximum)

Your customers won’t have to wait long. You should receive your fundraiser back within 1-2 weeks inclusive of UPS shipping.

Please note that we will always do our best to honor special artwork requests, special shipping arrangements, and multiple submissions. However, starting in 2004, we will have to start charging actual shipping expenses when shipping lots are less than (25) items. In general, master order forms should be submitted only once unless prior arrangements have been made. The exception is larger fundraisers during the peak months of November and April, as we often appreciate two submissions under these circumstances. Thank you in advance for your help.

Adept Engraving LLC is the parent company of That’s My Pan!, Trophies+, and That’s My Family Tree all in Eau Claire, Wisconsin. In 2003, we participated in two “A Taste of Home” Expos, several Women’s Expos, Teachers’ Expos, PTA Expos, as well as the Minnesota State Fair. Our schedule for 2004 is more of the same plus some; as we are now committed to craft shows, two more state fairs, and at least one Home & Garden show.
