THANKSGIVING 2015 HEATING INSTRUCTIONS

For best results, always bring food to room temperature before heating. Please be sure to preheat your oven. Suggested heating times are based on calibrated ovens. Please note that oven temperatures may vary by as much as 75 degrees. Cooking times should be adjusted accordingly if multiple items are being heated together in the same oven. The more items in the oven at one time, the longer it will take to heat each item thoroughly.

ENTREES

Roasted Whole Fresh Turkey, Brined Turkey

Tent turkey with foil. Heat in a 325-degree oven for approximately 40 minutes, until heated through.

Roasted Breast of Turkey, Bacon Wrapped Pork Tenderloin, Glazed Corned Beef and y Glazed Spiral Baked Ham ( can be served room temp)

Heat covered in a 325-degree oven for approximately 15 minutes or serve room temperature.

Oven Roasted Chicken, Stuffed Capon Breast

Heat covered in a 325-degree oven for approximately 15-20 minutes.

Marinated Tenderloin of Beef (Seared and Oven Ready)

Roast uncovered in a 400-degree oven for approximately 35-50 minutes (use a meat thermometer for the following temperatures: 120-degrees for rare, 130-degress for medium rare and 150-degrees for medium). Allow the meat to rest for 15 minutes before slicing. The meat temperature will rise an additional five-degrees while resting.

Maple Mustard Salmon, Cod Filets

Heat covered in a 325-degree oven for approximately 8-10 minutes. Be careful not to overcook.

Seafood Strudel, Butternut Squash Tart, Crab Cakes

Heat uncovered in a 350-degree oven for approximately 10-12 minutes

Haricot Vert with Caramelized Onions,Creamed Spinach, Roasted Root Vegetables and,Braised Red Cabbage, Mustard Glazed Brussels Sprouts

Heat covered in a 325-degree oven for approximately 15-18 minutes. Uncover, stir and heat for an additional ten minutes.

Three-Cheese Macaroni Casserole, Lobster Mac and Cheese, Sweet Potato Crumble, Corn Pudding Soufflé, Swiss Chard & Goat Cheese Gratin and Ind. Sweet Potato & Leek Custard Potatoes, Winter Gratin

Heat covered in a 350-degree oven for approximately 20-25 minutes or until hot. Uncover for the last five minutes.

Mashed RedSkin Potatoes, Mashed Celery Root & Yukon Gold Potatoes

Heat covered in a 350-degree oven for approximately 20-25 minutes, stirring occasionally. Uncover for the last five minutes.

SAUCES & GRAVY

Giblet Gravy,

Heat sauce or gravy in a saucepan on stovetop over low heat. Gently simmer, uncovered, stirring occasionally until hot.

STUFFINGS

Heat covered in a 350-degree oven for 20-30 minutes, checking periodically. Uncover for the last five minutes.

Heat soup in a saucepan on the stovetop over low heat. Gently simmer uncovered until hot.
