Turn Around: Normal turn around takes about 10-12 weeks. If you need your quilt sooner I will do my best to squeeze you in and work with your time frame. Please let me know if you need your quilt back by a certain date.

Payment: There are 3 methods of paying for your quilt. If you did not pay for your deposit online through my website it will be due when I receive your clothing.
_____ Personal Check Please send a deposit of $100 with your clothing. When your quilt top is finished we will send a picture and request the balance to be paid in full. Your finished quilt will be mailed after your check clears.
_____ Paypal: We will send you an invoice for the $100 deposit when we receive your clothing. When your quilt top is finished we will send you a picture along with an invoice through paypal for the balance. Your finished quilt will be shipped within 1 week of final payment.
_____Credit Card: If you choose to pay by credit card we will notify you when we receive your clothing and let you know that we will be charging your card for the $100 deposit. When your quilt top is finished we will email you a picture and request approval to charge your card for the balance of your quilt. Your finished quilt will be shipped within 7 days of final payement.

I agree to employ Red Klover Boutique to create my one-of-a-kind quilt. If I have supplied fabrics or t-shirts, I agree to allow Red Klover Boutique to use those fabrics or t-shirts in the completion of my quilt. I understand that images of my quilt may be displayed on the Red Klover Boutique website. I understand that Red Klover Boutique is not responsible for damages or losses that may occur during shipping.
I understand that an initial deposit is due prior to Red Klover Boutique beginning work. I understand that original Red Klover Boutique quilts cannot be returned. Full payment is due prior to delivery.

•Please wash all clothing before sending them to us.
•Any special instructions need to be put in writing and sent with your clothes. Please be very specific and detailed.
•If you think you may have too many shirts please put less important shirts in a bag and we will only use them if needed.
•When ordering more than one quilt: 1. Fill out an order form for each quilt. 2. Place the order forms in separate bags with clothing, one bag per quilt. 3. Place bags in the box.If the clothes are mixed up we have no way of knowing which clothes go with which quilt.
•Stains and holes: I do not remove stains or stitch up holes or do any repair work of any kind to your clothing. If there is a stain on any piece of clothing that you would like me to avoid using please pin a note to the stain and I will do my best to work around it.
