If you will provide us with house keys do so during the initial appointment. Keys will be returned only to individuals designated by you on this contract. In the event that it is necessary for us to employ a locksmith to gain entry into your home due to a malfunction of the lock or other event outside of our control, you expressly authorizes us to utilize a locksmith, and you shall be responsible for all costs incurred. We will make every effort to contact you or your designated Emergency Contact before engaging any locksmith services.
