Thank you for your valued interest in ourapartment homes. We currently are offering 12 month leases on all apartments. Each apartment home is fully equipped with, dishwasher (select units), refrigerator, oven, and ceiling fans in select rooms. As for utilities being included, water, garbage removal, parking and access to the fitness center is included.

Here at Elmhurst Terrace Apartments we are professionally managed by Horizon Realty Group Company with 25 years of business and providing benefits to you such as 24-hour emergency maintenance, 24 hour lock-out service, tastefully landscaped community, and you will find many more benefits when you visit us.
