We are locally and veteran owned and operated. We opened our doors in Cleveland in January of 2013 and have experienced tremendous growth since then. This year we are excited to announce that we are opening a second office in Blairsville in June.
We currently employ a team of over 30 experienced caregivers and are constantly recruiting and hiring to keep up with our growing business. We require that our caregivers have a minimum of one year of experience so that we, and you, can have the confidence of knowing that they will be able to handle any sort of situation that may arise in the private setting of the home. We conduct federal, state, and local background checks, pull motor vehicle records, and perform new hire and on-going, random drug screening. We put our caregivers to this test: would we want this person taking care of our mom or dad? If the answer is anything other than a confident “yes”, we simply don’t hire them.
The level of care that we provide depends completely on the individual circumstances of each care recipient. Someone may only need us once a week to provide transportation and light housekeeping. Another client may be bedbound or in under hospice care and around the clock assistance. Whatever the situation, we can handle it. We will carefully select the caregiver, or team of caregivers, to best meet your needs. We have a minimum shift of four hours, so we can provide four to twenty-four hour care. One day per week or seven days per week, we’ll be there when you need us, and at the times that you choose.
When time permits, we like to do an introductory meeting with the caregiver prior to starting service. If you ever feel that the caregiver we’ve chosen for you isn’t working out the way you expected, just let us know and we’ll be more than happy to select another caregiver for you. We want happy clients and happy employees, and there’s a good match for everyone.
We also provide care at a price that you can afford. We conduct monthly market surveys, and thus are aware of the prices of virtually all of our competitors. Prices generally range from $18.50 to $22 per hour. Our standard price is $18.50 per hour, and $19.50 per hour if we are filing long term insurance claims for you. We will need to discuss the details of the situation to give you a firm hourly quote, and if you get a lower quote from another agency, please give us the opportunity to meet it or beat it! You can start and stop services at any time, with no long-term contracts.
