The board of the Campbell Middle School Foundation will review applications that are submitted by the 10th of the month during its monthly board meeting.

All decisions of the board are final. It is practical to assume that not every application will be approved for funding. Applicants will be advised within ten days following the monthly board meeting as to whether their application is approved.

All CMS faculty are eligible to participate. Only one grant will be awarded per faculty member per school year, except, faculty sponsors of academic clubs are eligible to receive one grant for the classroom and a separate grant for an academic club. Two grants may not be combined.
