Thank you for your 2017 EMS Rendezvous exhibitor registration. Below are a few items of interest as you prepare to attend the 42nd Annual EMS Rendezvous on April 6th-8th in Bismarck.

Exhibit Hall

Vehicle move in is Thursday, April 6th from 2pm to 3pm. Please arrive before 3pm or notify one of our vendor liaisons of your estimated late arrival time.

Exhibit booth move in is Thursday, April 6th from 3pm to 6pm. The vendor preview is scheduled for Thursday evening from 7pm to 9pm.

Move out time is Saturday, April 8th at 1pm. We ask that you remain at the Rendezvous until 1pm.

Due to Event Center policies no drones or remote control vehicles are allowed in the Event Center.

Children are welcome to attend the vendor preview and to view the exhibitor booths and displays; however we do ask that they not stay for the entire duration of the exhibit hall hours.

The exhibit hall map and exhibitor listing is available on our website and changes frequently as exhibtors are added. You will be updated of any changes that affect your booth space.

Cancellations

Refunds are given with a 30% processing fee until February 1st. No refunds are given after February 1st. All cancellation notices must be emailed or faxed to our office.

Booth Representatives

Your purchase of an exhibit space allows a maximum of four (4) representatives in your booth space. If you need additional representatives, there is a $15.00 fee for each extra representative. The exhibit fee includes tickets for the awards banquet Saturday evening. Visit the registration desk before 5pm on Friday to receive your tickets.

Exhibitors may also attend education sessions at no charge and will receive no CEU’s. Those who would like to receive CEU’s can register for the education at a discounted rate.

These additional fees are necessary to keep your exhibit booth fee as low as possible. Your booth fees cover Bismarck Event Center costs such as hall rental, electricity, tables, staff setup and teardown, and other expenses that continue to rise each year and are passed from the Event Center down to us.
