Attached you will find our information pack. This pack includes a tri-fold brochure with our basic enrollment information, an application, and a business card. We encourage you to read through all of the forms, as they contain useful information. We would also like to take this opportunity to address our most frequent inquiry - payment options.
How much does it cost? Grades 1-12*:
The initial enrollment fee is $60. This fee covers your child’s enrollment with our program for one year, and should be mailed in with your completed application. After we have received your enrollment application and fee, we will notify the Board of Education in your county that your child is enrolled in our program. We will also request records from the last school your child attended. Once we have received these records, we will contact you to discuss the courses we recommend for your student, as well as the total cost for the year.
The cost for each subject/credit is $120. This includes workbooks (or computer programs) and tests, score keys, test keys, and shipping and handling – everything you need to begin homeschooling!
We offer easy and convenient payment plans. For example, we recommend students take at least 5 subjects (English, Math, Social Studies, Science, and Vocabulary or an Elective). The total cost for 5 subjects would be $600. If you are able to pay the entire amount up front, we would give you a 5% discount, which would bring the total down to $570. If you are unable to pay the entire amount up front, we can break it up into increments of either 4 or 8 payments. To do so, we will require a signed payment agreement, which will authorize us to automatically withdraw money from a credit/debit/pre-paid card on the date you specify. The payment plans are broken down as follows:
4 payments (add a 5% fee)
Total: $630Each Payment: $157.50, due every other month.
After each payment, we would send you ¼ of the curriculum.
8 payments (add a 10% fee)
Total: $660Each Payment: $82.50, due every month.
After each payment, we would send you 1/8 of the curriculum.
We take care of the hard part – notifying the Board of Education, requesting records, making academic projections, and ordering books – so that you can spend your valuable time teaching your child and helping them achieve their academic goals!
