Completing your application form

Please,ensure that you complete your form fully especially your telephone numbers. This will allow us to contact you if we have any questions about your application.

Please ensure that you indicate the correct subject codes,sign the application and attach two passport sized photographs and a copy of valid ID.

Where to make the payment

Payments are made through direct bank transfer; the bank details are available at the British Council office.

Submitting your completed application

You need to submit your completed application and make the payment through the bank. Please ensure you keep a copy of your receipt as a proof of payment.

Processing your application

Once we have received your application, we will process your application as quickly as possible. You will receive an e-mail or phone call 14 days after you have submitted your application and made your payment. If you do not receive an e-mail or phone call from us, please contact us immediately.

Refunds

All examination fees paid are non-refundable except under special circumstances e.g. Medical grounds. Refunds will not be issued for incorrect choice of examination or subject choice.Approved refunds will attract 25% administration fee. For a copy of our Refund Policy, please contact Customer Service.

Statement of Entry

Your statement of entry will be available at the British Council office. We will email or phone you to when the statement of entry is ready for collection.

It is your responsibility to ensure you collect your statement of entry. The British Council will not be responsible if you fail to collect it and miss your examinations.

Identification

Candidates are required to present their statement of entry and anyone of the following photographic ID documents at the examination venue in order to sit the examination.

- Passport

- Driving Licence

- Voting Card

- Student Card

Failure to produce this documentation shall result in the candidate not being allowed to sit the examination.

Due to unforeseen circumstances the venue may change. However, we will notify candidatesbefore the examinations take place.

Results

Candidates will be notified that their certificate is ready for collection.

Candidates are responsible for the collection of their results from British Council.

Results will only be given on presentation of identification.

Candidates may authorise third party to collect results with an authorisation letter.

British Council will only hold certificates for a period of 2 years after the examination session. After this period they will be returned to Cambridge International Exams.
