Our guidelines require faculty to demonstrate excellence in teaching, achieve excellence and recognition for creative research, and make professional contributions through service.
The voting faculty will be reviewing ______’s file in early September. I would appreciate
it greatly if I could have your evaluation, signed and sent on institutional stationery by September
3, 200x. In accordance with university policy, outside letters of recommendation must be solicited
on behalf of the candidate and included in the dossier. The entire dossier is subject to the open
records act and available to the candidate.
