Attached is theannotated draft agenda for the 7thmeeting of the Task Group Sustainable Tourism Strategy which will be held on 24 – 25 January2013in Leeuwarden.
The meeting will start at 14:00 on 24January and will end at about 13:00 at the following day.
Meeting venue is the house of the Wadden (Huisvoor de Wadden, Ruiterskwartier 121 A) at walking distance to the train station.
Proposal
The meeting is proposed to adopt the draft agenda.

1. Opening of the Meeting and Adoption of the Agenda
The meeting will commence at 14:00. The meeting will be invited to adopt the draft agenda of the meeting.
2.Summary Record TG-STS 6
The meeting will be invited to approve of the final draft Summary Record of TG-STS 6.
3. Announcements(14:15 – 14:45)
The meeting will be invited to exchange information on relevant issues not covered by the other agenda items.
4. Sustainable Tourism Strategy Project (14:45 – 17:30)
The meeting will be invited to discussthe draft strategy prepared by the secretariat with support of the drafting group. A second draft is planned to be finalized until mid of Februaryand submitted for consultations in the regions.

5. Status Report PROWAD project (9:00 – 10:30)
The meeting will be informed about the activities of the PROWAD work packages and is invited to comment respectively approve the activities:
-WP 2: Update flyer Sustainable Tourism (Danish and Dutch versions)
-WP 4: Inventory sustainable tourism offers and marketing of existing offers, status WH tourism award, status official WH guide book/app, pilot project visitor survey, study climate friendly tourism
-WP 5: Final Draft WH Brand Paper, first results merchandising concept
6. Communication and marketing plan World Heritage (10:30 – 12:00)
The meeting will be invited to discuss joint communication and marketing activities for 2013 and 2014 (Prowad WP 5). The meeting will be informed on the status of the discussion with regard to the Watt-wiki project and integration into the joint World Heritage communication.
7.Next Meeting
It is proposed to hold the next TG-STS meeting after the regional consultations of the strategy have been concluded (end of April / beginning of May) in order to submit a final draft to the Wadden Sea Board Meeting (26-27 June 2013) by end of May 2013.

The meeting will be invited to discuss any other business.
9. Closing
The meeting will be closed at 13:00 at the latest.
