Expectations for Agriscience and
FFA Trips and Activities
· Permission slips are to be completed for each student on every trip.
· Medical release forms must be completed and returned to sponsor.
· All school behavioral expectations will be enforced.
· FFA members are expected to conduct themselves in the highest of standards.
· Rude and discourteous behavior towards one another, any adult, or members of other schools will result in consequences and loss of privileges.
· Students are expected to make arrangements for rides after events. Failure to leave in a timely manner will result in a loss of privileges.
· FFA members are to be in official dress for all functions unless otherwise instructed.
· Students are responsible for collecting all assignments before leaving on any trip.
· Grades are permanent and cannot be changed. Failure of any subject will result in a loss of extracurricular activities.
· Students will be in their assigned room by 10:00PM on overnight trips.
· At no time will boys be in the girl’s room or girls in the boy’s room.
· Students are responsible for all costs associated with each trip unless otherwise instructed. Be prepared, some trips are costly.
Please sign and date this letter so that your child may participate in extracurricular FFA events. Upon receipt of this form, the school will understand that you and your FFA member agree to the terms and expectations of FFA trips.
