EXPLANATORY NOTE: The purpose of this document is to facilitate drafting of the Program entrusted to the Working Group and to assist or complement its activities.

d.Venezuela: Develop special plans for segments of the population made up of young people and adults with disabilities with respect to employment policy, prevention of occupational illnesses and accidents, health, safety in the workplace, social security, vocational training and retraining, and human resource development, that include, inter alia:
-Monitoring of job preservation, loss, or change.
-Consideration of flexible work schedules, part-time work, and job-sharing options.
-Adoption of measures to design and adapt workplaces to make them accessible to persons with disabilities. (Summarize these three items.)
-Work at home for persons with disabilities, taking advantage of new technologies and the development and production of assistive resources, instruments, and equipment, in order to enable them to obtain and retain jobs. / c.Venezuela: Develop comprehensive plans for persons with disabilities, with respect to, inter alia, employment policy, prevention of occupational illnesses and accidents, health, safety in the workplace, social security, vocational training and retraining, and human resource development, including ... *** PENDING
