Rolland-Warner Quick Read 2.22.16

PBIS Initiatives

At Rolland-Warner, we have established a new set of character traits that we will focus on for our student body. Students are learning about each of these traits in their 3rd hour classes and in other areas during the school day. For exemplifying these traits, students will be able to earn Bolt Bucks that they can spend in the Bolt Bucks store or trade in for a chance to win some bigger prizes at our PBIS assemblies. Our next PBIS assembly is March 10th at the end of the school day. See below for our new Lightning Leader pledge:

I am safe

I am kind

I am honest

I am respectful

I am growth-minded

I am a Lightning Leader!

Sixth and seventh grade students will have separate bees and each will send three final winners to the county-wide spelling bee on March 22nd. Students should see their ELA teachers for any additional information. Good luck, spellers!

Car Rider Pick-up

If you drive your child to and from school, help us keep our parking lots safe by exercising great caution and patience at drop-off and pick-up times. Please ONLY pick-up in the DemilleBlvd. parking lot as our M-21/Genesee Rd. parking lot doubles as our early childhood area as well and we need to eliminate extra traffic.
