Texas Tumblers After School Policies

2:45pm – 6:00pm

Monday - Friday

  1. There are no refunds of the Registration Fee.
  1. There will be no prorating of a month’s tuition. August to May averages to 40 weeks. Full tuition is due each month regardless of breaks and holidays. Texas Tumblers will follow the KISD student calendar and will pick up early on early release days. Camps during the school year will be available to After School students at a reduced rate. Discount does not apply to our summer camps.
  1. Texas Tumblers will be closed on all federal Holidays.
  1. The student’s place is reserved for the school year August-May, therefore if a student drops between this time frame, you will be responsible for another registration fee upon reentering the After School program.
  1. If your child will be dropping from the After School program, please let us know one month in advance or you will be responsible for the next month’s tuition. Drop forms are available at the front desk.
  1. Tuition is due by the 30th of the preceding month. An outstanding balance after the first of the month will result in your child being dropped from the program.
  1. A fee of $30.00 will be charged on all returned checks.
  1. There are no make-ups for missed days.
  1. Regular office hours:Monday-Friday8:30am-8:00pm
  1. Parents are not allowed in the gym.
  1. All children should be picked-up promptly by 6:00pm. A five-minute grace period is allowed. You will be charged a late fee of $1.00 per minute (after the grace period) due upon pick-up. If you have an emergency, please contact the gym.
  1. Please contact the gym or your bus drivers if your child will be absent.
  1. Children are released at the classroom door to parents/guardians only. Parents must notify the teacher and office in writing if someone else will be picking up their child.
  1. Please do not bring your child to school sick. Children must be fever free for 24 hours prior to returning to school. Texas Tumblers does not dispense any medications with the exception of asthma inhalers with instructions from parents.
  1. Parents will be notified in case of illness or accident using the emergency contact information on the enrollment form. In the case of serious injury 911 will be dispatched. Please update numbers if necessary in the office.
