  1. A copy of your resume. Be sure to include your involvement, activities, and responsibilities in professional organizations.
  2. A one-page keyed letter describing why you are applying for this award. This letter may include, but not be limited to, (1) purpose of this activities; (2) statement of financial need; (3) description of how the activity will enhance your future plans; and (4) explanation of contribution(s) to your school and/or community.
  3. Two letters of recommendation (supervisor, principal, colleague, student, parent, community leader, etc.)

The recipient of this scholarship shall be awarded up to $500: in reimbursements based upon proof of attendance and receipts for any legitimate expense involving this activity. Receipts must be presented by September 31, 2018 for reimbursement.
