  • Conducted assessment of the Thomas Edison Technology Incubator Program for the Ohio Department of Development, including development of benchmarks from incubators across the nation, resulting in theimprovement ofthe overall effectiveness of the incubator program.
  • Developed and implemented Affirmative Action Plans, allowing for market entry into new, previously unavailable industries.
  • Designed, developed and implemented multiple comprehensive benefit and compensation programs, resulting in improved employee satisfaction while at the same time cutting overall costs.

IT Services ContractingIndustry (12 years) – Director/Manager of Human Resources

Accomplishments include:

  • Implemented the new HRIS (ADP’s “Workforce Now”), resulting in improved human resources functionality.
  • Worked in tandem with the company’s software development wing to create an in-house organizational training software which automated training records and requirements.
