Terms of the Contest
«Best Enterprise Communication System project in 2012-2013»

As we approach the International Conference on Enterprise Communications, «Networks and Business» magazine is planning a contest to determine the best enterprise communication system project in 2012-2013 that was completed in Ukraine.

The purpose of this contest is to identify the best projects in the area of enterprise communications in Ukraine in various nominations and to promote the best technical solutions and creative discoveries in the field.

Participants in the contest are Ukrainian system integrators of enterprise and private-branch communications.
Terms of the contest
All projects submitted to the contest are to have been implemented in 2012-2013 and commissioned by the final date of submitting of participants' applications which is September 10, 2013
The application for the contest
To take part in the contest, the enterprise communications projects must be submitted to the contest committee by September 10, 2013.
!!! To enter the contest the company sends "Networks and Business" magazine the detailed design documentation, or a copy thereof, based on the application previously sent to editorial e-mail, as well as a brief description of the project which allows to understand the essence and characteristics of technical solutions, evaluate the scale of the project, specifics of its implementation, the degree of completeness by the time of contest.
The design documentation for the implemented project which is submitted to the contest should contain enough information to evaluate:
• details of the project ; • specifics of its implementation ;
• scale of the project; • degree of completeness by the time of contest.
When a project in progress is submitted, only those constituent elements of it which are finished by the final date of application submitting will be considered.
The Contest Committee is composed of members of "Networks and Business" magazine's editorial board.
Privacy policy
All information about the completed projects provided by the companies will only be used to sum up the contest.
All documentation sent to the editorial office to review will be returned its owners in all entirety after of the results of the contest are announced.
No information will be published in the magazine or shared with other companies in order to place it in the public domain or in the Internet without the consent of the participants.

1. Best project in building of enterprise data networks.
2. Best project in building of enterprise telephony networks.
3. Best project in building of enterprise information systems.
4. Best project in multiservice enterprise communications systems .
5. Best project in enterprise video conferencing systems.
6. Best FMC solution used in ECS building project.

7. Best IT infrastructure outsourcing project.
8. Best project in building of ECS in various sectors of the economy (banks, industrial enterprises, commerce, etc.).
9. Best project in ECS systems using CWDM and DWDM.
10. Best project in call centre building.
11. Best solution which use DECT- and wireless (Wi-Fi) communication systems.
The list of nominations can be updated during the preparation and conduct of the contest.
The awarding ceremony will be held during the conference on enterprise communication systems. The winners and participants of the contest will be presented the commemorative diplomas.
Publication of contest results
The best projects in the area of enterprise communication systems will be covered in a publication about the conference.
Defining the most active PBX brand
According to the results of the contest, and taking into account the number of projects based on the equipment of various brands, the most active PBX brand in 2012-2013 will be identified.
Defining the best integrator company
Best Integrator Company 2012-2013 is defined based on the results of the contest for the best project in 2012-2013, taking into account the total number of projects, their complexity and scope, as well as the number of installed ports.
The participant company is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided.
