A. CALL TO ORDER: Roll call.
Administer Oath of Office to Shawn Wilson, elected City Council Member to fill a vacancy.
PUBLIC COMMENT: The Mayor and Council welcome comments from the public for items not listed on the agenda. You are asked to limit your remarks in order that others may be given the opportunity to speak. The Order of Business is at the discretion of the Chair.
B. APPROVAL OF AGENDA AS POSTED: Items may be added for discussion only, no action is permissible until the next regular City Council meeting or until a special City Council meeting is called.
C. CONSENT AGENDA: All items listed under the consent agenda will be enacted by one motion. There will be no separate discussion of these items unless a request is made prior to the time Council votes on the motion.
1. Approve minutes of June 10, 2017.
2. Approve claims list; June financials and Budget Reports; and Annual Report FY17.
3. Approve building permit for 201 3rd St., LLC. (retro).
4. Acknowledge receipt of Sheriff’s report, Abstract of Votes.

G. CLOSED SESSION - EMPLOYEE REVIEW (continued from June 10), refer to Iowa Code Section 21.5 (i) employees right to confidentially. Motion to enter into closed session. Motion to return to open session.
Motion to approve any action from closed session, as necessary.
