If the team is in need of a duty completion, you may be asked to complete that duty in a cheerfully and timely manner regardless of responsibility.
Everyone is a Sub/all---Meaning you may be asked to do any job—please do it
Returns means on match days you must help carry and return equipment back to storage.
Score Cards means placing and removing scorekeepers before and after matches to the score of 0-0
Everyone is responsible for picking up balls/debris from court and in bench areas.
Cheer Coordinator is gathering positive support FOR your teammate during matches
Please Do not take empty tennis cans on the court-they just need to be picked up later. Do not allow trash to fall under bleachers-it just needs to be picked up later.
EVERYONE is responsible for assisting with completion of work and not making fun of the job or it will immediately become YOUR job.
Expect to stay at most ?(your choice how long it takes, I need 2 to 3 minutes) minutes after matches and after cleanup for match sum it ups. Do not request to leave YOUR team early. Wait until after the match is completed and we have had our post match cleanup and talk.(Ride the bus home on away matches per policy)
EVERYONE is responsible for additional requested work by the coach. One example, court and bench area cleanup before and after practices and matches.
